Snow Day...Snow Day...Snow Day
Normally we are very excited to have a Snow Day,
not to mention two of them in a row.
However, this "Snow Day" was a bit different.
Thursday and Friday were suppose to be
parent / teacher conference days.
Much to our surprise
Lake Effect Snow
had another plan!
The dogs love to play in the snow.
Lucky for us the temps were not super cold
and
the winds were light...
...thank goodness, or I would be telling you about
a blizzard instead.
Here she is outside my parents house helping to
move the snow from the front side walk.
a "Snow Day" from work!!
Bri started our driveway around 6:15am.
I knocked on the window to call him in for breakfast 2 hours later.
He tackled our driveway and also helped our neighbors out.
Later in the morning he made his way to his mom & dad's
to help with their driveway.
After lunch we decided to surprise my mom and dad
and do their driveway too.
(dad was still at work looking at the green grass)
Funny thing was that I had to drop Brian off at the curb because
we couldn't get the van in the driveway...
So I drove the van to the plaza on the corner and
waited there for the okay to head back to my parents.
After dinner we made our way back to our house.
Much to our surprise we couldn't get into our driveway...
...So, once again, I drop poor Brian off at the curb and
drove around in the van until I could get in the driveway.
After completing our driveway Brian must have gotten his
second wind...or third wind because
when I looked out the window he was back next door at our neighbors house
doing what he did best all day!

That night Brian said for me to remind him never to take a "Snow Day"
again...lol
