Hannah's New Shirt

Hannah has been excited to wear her new shirt to school this week! Over the weekend Hannah and Nani Kathi made this beautiful unicorn shirt. Hannah picked out the design and from what I understand, did most of the work too. Great job Hannah:) I also got a sneak peak at a X-mas gift she made for Kailyn. It is similar to hers, with a bear on it. She was very proud. Thanks Nani Kathi for your help:)

Happy Halloween

It was a pre-Halloween Celebration this past weekend. We gathered at mom & dads for some tricks and yummy treats. If you looked closely you'd find spiders all around, including in the bread dip & jello. There were worms hanging from the rim of the punch bowl! Everything was delicious:) Here is Hannah in her Sharpay costume.

Brushing Teeth

Kailyn had a blast brushing her teeth tonight. She grabbed the tooth brush and in no time knew just what to do. Great job K!!!!!!!!!!! Of course, K couldn't do it without help from her big sister:)

Kelkenberg - Part 2

Kelkenberg Farm is located on Stage Rd in Akron. It is nice, we have found it much quieter and less crazy then some of the other, more larger farms. So, we keep going back. They have lots to see & do. There is a hayride that takes you to the pumpkin patch and you can pick your very own pumpkin. This year we opted not to do the hay ride. Nobody was prepared for the muddy patch. Here is a picture of daddy helping K with her first poney ride. She had fun and in no time knew just what to do. Hold on tight K!!
The goats were being silly today. This one was having fun on top of this rock. He has better balance then I do:)
Here is mamma donkey with her new baby. She was born on October 2nd. Only a few weeks old. She was having fun running around.
Next was Hannah's turn on the poney!

Inside the barn we saw a sheep, some hens and cows. They had rabbits, little pigs and one very big pig named Pete. Hannah was excited that this horse, Buddy, was very friendly. Just before our visit to the farm was over, we stopped at the stand for some popcorn and hot chocolate.

Kelkenberg Farm - Part 1

It's that time of year again. Time for pumpkins, face painting, poney rides and barnyard animals. It was a nice afternoon at Kelkenberg Farms. We decided this year on one large pumpkin and many little ones to decorate the front of the house:) Here are some pictures from our day.Hannah decided on a flower for her cheek.

Just another update

Wow, another fast week. All work and NO play. Until the weekend:) Hannah had "movie night" over a friend's house tonight. Bri and I spent the afternoon and some of the evening getting ready for our party tomorrow. Uncle Frank & Aunt Geri are in town and I'm having the family over for a get together. We will also be cheering on the Bills!! Chili & hot dogs are on the menu. Go Bills, squish those fish!!! I will make sure I post some pics of the festivities. Enjoy the weekend!!
